During the 7th-17th of October, Latinamerica in Focus returns, for the seventh year in a row. The festival has expanded to both Lund and Limhamn. For ten whole days our eyes are turned to this amazing continent. We will show exiting films, that usually are not shown in Swedish theatres and will have the opportunity to meet many of the filmmakers. Also there will be an entire week of litterature and poetry from Latinamerica with many invited guests. Ofcourse there will also be alot of music, conversations and delicious food.

This year's theme is people  in flight and on foot, borders - their walls and openings. The festival, this year, is a celebration of the migrant, to all whom are taken from their surroundings and no longer belong to  only one community, but several.
